Riello UPS introduces the new Sentinel Dual Marine, a high-performance uninterruptible power supply specifically designed to ensure maximum reliability and continuity in marine, offshore, and other harsh environments where critical systems cannot tolerate power interruptions. Available in 6 and 10 kVA/kW models, the solution is based on online double conversion (VFI) technology, delivering a fully stable and sinusoidal output voltage with unity power factor (kW = kVA) for maximum usable power.
Engineered for demanding onboard conditions, it features an anti-vibration frame, conformal coating on internal PCBs, and operation guaranteed up to 45°C, ensuring resilience against mechanical stress, temperature variations, and harsh marine conditions. Sentinel Dual Marine offers high flexibility with rack or tower installation, Plug & Play design, rotatable display, and maintenance bypass options, while allowing parallel operation of up to 3 units in capacity or N+1 redundant configuration for increased system reliability. Advanced operating modes (ON LINE, ECO Mode up to 98% efficiency, SMART ACTIVE, STANDBY OFF, and frequency converter 50/60 Hz) provide optimal performance and energy efficiency.
The system also includes advanced battery management with hot-swappable long-life batteries, runtime expansion via external cabinets, and reduced ripple current for improved battery durability. Comprehensive connectivity is ensured through USB, RS232, expansion slots, and PowerShield³ software compatibility across major operating systems.
